13 is Not Old Enough!

Okay, so I was looking through those random photos that are on "funny" photo websites (you get links through facebook all the time) and they want me to confirm I am of 13 years or older on "inappropriate" photos. Some of these photos actually are not good for younger people to see, I don't even want to see them, but yet a 13-year-old is okayed to view them all. What is wrong with society? There was a topless couple playing video games that a 13-year-old could view. There is no good reason for this. It is just wrong.
