Graduating in 2013 - Not Ready

So many run from their teenage lives, desperate to be older and grow up faster and faster. Then there are people like me, desperately holding on and clinging to what I have known for the last 10 years. I came to my current high school in my second grade year and I have grown up with my classmates over the past 10 years. We know each other sometimes better than we even want to and yet it is comforting knowing those around us. Soon the time will come where we will graduate, we will part ways, and many of us will never again see each other. This terrifies me on many levels. I am not ready to say goodbye. I have been thinking more and more about this as the time grows nearer and nearer. Thinking about it as a hello to a new future makes it easier, but the goodbyes will never be easy. I will be one of those criers at graduation, tears of happiness and tears of fear of what is now to come.

Today

Work was pretty good tonight, it wasn't boring, at least.
Home is boring.
Talking to a friend - she had to go.
Trying to talk to others...nothing really conversational.
Sorry, but after over half an hour, I'm kinda gonna give up on talking.
Therefore, I end today on a bleh note of boredom and failed conversations.
Goodnight.

The Cloak - Best Quote!

"Hey Robert, do you ever wonder if, like, somewhere out there in space there's another planet like exactly like ours. and like, another office with, like, people in it exactly like us - except they are tacos? Like, like taco people."
"Chalupas?"
"Yes, sexy, sexy chalupas. And I would be the sexiest chalupa of them all."

Half-Over Senior Year

My school year is about half over now and there is no possible way to avoid the thoughts haunting my mind: college is next year...actually technically this year, my friends that I have in high school are already distancing themselves, I will be overwhelmed with school work come college, and I have heard that relationships started in high school are normally doomed to fail once one (or both) of the partners head off to college...
